Field-team companion for logging site visits, photos, and status without spreadsheet chaos.
Target: cut end-of-day reporting from ~40 min to under 10.
Problem
Field crews were closing the day in WhatsApp threads and shared sheets — slow, error-prone, and hard to audit.
Approach
Flutter client with offline-first sync, photo capture with geotag metadata, and a simple supervisor web view for live status.
Result
Concept defines a clear reporting loop: capture on-site → sync when online → supervisor review. Built as an exploration to validate UX before a full build.
